Dana is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in senior housing. As the Director of Training at Bild & Co, she leads our international training operations and is passionate about delivering strategic sales and marketing support that leads to increased occupancy, revenue, and profitability for BILD clients.
Dana’s professional track record is impressive. She served as a nurse in internal medicine before becoming an Executive Director. Alyssa Wendrick

Alyssa Wendrick is the Director of Data Research and is responsible for compiling client data from four divisions within Bild & Co. Using data, she tells stories that help people better understand the biggest trends currently affecting the business of senior living.
Alyssa’s weekly data drip is a must-read for executives who rely on her findings to gauge how their operation stacks up against competitors and to better understand how fine-tuning operations can have a tremendous impact on occupancy, revenue, and profitability. While not always visible to clients, Alyssa is a big part of their success—making what is complex, simple!
When not compiling data, Alyssa is immersed in LMS, having built 318 courses and 39 programs, influencing nearly 1,500 students. In the past three years, she supported more than 75 client Sales Academies encompassing over 2,000 senior living trainees.
Alyssa holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in data analytics with a focus on project management.
