BILD & COMPANY ADDS TWO A-LISTERS TO THE ROSTER
Dee Bailey has been hired as Census and Sales Strategist, and Paul Trusik will join the marketing team as Director of Web Services.
Tampa, Florida – Bild & Company, one of the nation’s leading senior healthcare consulting firms announced the hiring of two seasoned executives for its Training and Marketing divisions.
Dee Bailey will work as a Census and Sales Strategist to help healthcare providers strengthen their sales culture and improve occupancy by training and coaching the Bild Sales Systems. “Dee is a results-driven leader who brings a real passion to helping develop others’ talents,” said CEO Seth Garber.
Prior to joining Bild & Company, Ms. Bailey owned and operated a successful placement and referral agency in the senior healthcare industry – working with hundreds of families to help provide the best senior living and care solutions. She currently Co-Chairs on the Adult and Aging Commission for Sacramento County, serves as an advocate for seniors, develops and promotes new senior services and provides oversight to the adult protective services (APS). She also works as an adjunct faculty at a local college educating young adults on Salesmanship and Entrepreneurialship. Ms. Bailey holds an Administrator’s license through the California Department of Social Services.
Bild & Company has also added Paul Trusik to its fast-growing marketing team. Mr. Trusik will serve as Director of Web Services, overseeing all digital and social media services internally and externally for Bild’s robust client roster. Trusik’s digital portfolio spans more than 15 years experience in front and back end web architecture as well as extensive expertise in SEO and social media lead strategies. “When you’re inspired and passionate about work you believe in, it translates to everything you create to help others,” Trusik states. “I’m excited to bring this excitement and passion to the Bild team and move our web services to an even higher level for the industry.” Paul and his digital team will be focused on developing compelling and effective digital and social programs to drive leads and build census for senior healthcare providers.
