Scheduler Review

If you do not adjust the date range at the top of the scheduler, the below calendar/visual will not populate the other days of the week. You must make sure your date range reflects the days you are trying to look at. Also make sure you are clearing out the Employee ID drop down, so it shows a blank or the specific person. Lastly always hit that refresh button to make sure the scheduler is reflecting current inquires/activity. And then you can filter for tours, re-tours etc. (See image links below)

Example: See scheduled the tour for Mr. Juhasz.

When we schedule tours in Move in it’s as simple as creating that task under the inquiry details. It will show up in the scheduler you just have to make sure the filters are all set up properly.
