Dana joined Bild & Co in 2012 with 20 years of seniors housing and healthcare experience. A unique background, Dana started her career as a nurse in Internal Medicine. She then immersed herself in sales and operations as an Executive Director. Using the Bild Sales System, Dana increased occupancy by 45% and reached zero lost revenue days in less than one year of implementation at her community. She then focused on learning how to increase revenue and net operating income year over year for sales and operational mastery; thus, setting the stage for her career at Bild & Co!
As a Revenue Growth Coach, for Bild & Co, Dana worked with over 300 communities nationwide and averaged a solid occupancy growth of 9.5% across her client portfolio, producing millions in increased revenue and community valuations. Today, as Director of Training, Dana recruits, trains and supports all Bild trainers and coaches, teaching them how to replicate her success.
Dana is keen to varying learning styles and works with clients to craft training programs that best meet their organizational needs. Delivering the Bild Sales Systems virtually, one on one via executive level training, live web classrooms, webinars or in person, Dana ensures a world class experience and successful roll out for all training programs nationally. Dana regularly presents customized client seminars and speaks at industry conferences training up the next generation of senior living operators and investors.
