During an initial visit to our community, using the newly learned BILD sales system, our sales consultant discovered that the prospect she was meeting with was sensitive to MSG. She had her doubts to living in any senior living community due to this sensitivity.
With this information, our sales consultant was able to notify our chef who was happy to meet with her and discuss her dietary needs and also give her confidence that MSG is not used as an ingredient. This was a huge relief to our prospect who did reserve an apartment that day!
Our consultant was able to use her newly learned “BILD” Techniques to drill down to discover what our resident’s needs and fears were and make arrangements to assure her that her health was important to us!
Last week, I was able to visit several communities unannounced with [the] sole purpose to determine their adoption and buy-in of the new Traci Bild training tools. I was tremendously pleased to see complete and thorough execution of the program at the site level as well as ownership over the customization of the tools to make them “their own.”
To further accentuate the point, Western Regions inquiry to tour grew 19.6% in just a few short months. Even the new communities experienced a 17% increase in inquiry to tour, meaning more foot traffic in the buildings!
