Albright Care Services, a faith-based, non-profit senior care organization, has launched a refreshed brand, website and campaign, communicating their mission to meet and exceed the needs of today’s new generation of older adult residents. Through the rebrand, Albright emphasizes their high level of personalized, progressive and compassionate care, as well as the various wellness and rehabilitation programs offered among all communities.
“Albright Care Services has a long history of providing exception care and using progressive technologies to encourage engagement and independence,” said John McDonough, NHA, Associate Director of LIFE Programs and Operations. “Our new imagery and tagline help us visually convey these values through branding that is of the same high standard as the care we provide.”
Since the early 1900s, Albright Care Services has specialized in providing a full continuum of residential options through progressive medical technologies and customizable care. There are two Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) within the organization —Normandie Ridge and RiverWoods — that offer independent living, personal care, memory care and short-term rehabilitation services, as well as a range of amenities and programming like creative art and wood shop studios.
In addition to the CCRCs, Albright has three LIFE centers that offer participants the ability to live independently in their homes and be comfortably transported to the nearest LIFE center for quality healthcare services. There are three different locations in Pennsylvania: Lebanon, Lancaster and Williamsport. Each LIFE center focuses on individual care for loved ones, ranging from fully comprehensive caregiver services to medical support services.
Bild & Company’s Chief Branding Officer, Jennifer Ruyle, spearheaded the rebranding project, which included a new mobile-optimized website, original photography and an array of marketing collateral. Ruyle and the Marketing Team focused on creating a stronger emotional message to promote Albright’s mission of providing purposeful living. The core tagline “Let your life shine,” will be infused in all the marketing pieces.
“Our biggest goal through this rebrand was to bring top-of-mind awareness to Albright being a pioneer in caregiving for more than 100 years, and at the same time show their innovation and positive approach to senior living,” Ruyle noted.
